Pre-Natal Yoga Classes are designed to offer support throughout the physical, mental and emotional fluctuations that come with pregnancy.
The classes also include practices to help prepare for management of labour and self-care tools for immediate post- natal support.

Each class is designed to help alleviate physical discomforts; ease anxiety; settle & release emotional waves; learn methods of relaxation; explore comfortable resting poses; methods to cope with sleeplessness; practices to encourage a sense of acceptance, self- empowerment & confidence; connecting with baby before arrival.

I loved our couple's birth preparation workshop. It connected what I've learnt in my pre-natal classes with practical techniques my partner can support me with in labour. Now we've experienced the class together I feel much more confident about the birth. Before the workshop I'd told him how amazing Lucy was, and talked him through some of the techniques, but now we've practiced it together it's brought it all to life.

I attended Lucy's pre-natal classes with my first pregnancy in 2019 and couldn't have recommended the classes enough to my NCT group. I felt very supported and that Lucy's extensive knowledge catered for all our individual needs and various pregnancy related issues. The class were small, giving a very intimate feel and made me feel like I was receiving a very personal experience. My favourite techniques were the golden thread breath and the ujjayii breathing techniques that I still use today. I felt very empowered towards my labour, feeling that Lucy had given me techniques that would allow me to feel in control during labour. I would sum up her classes in three words: grounding wholesome and uplifting.
