Our Yoga ethos…
Living Your Yoga provides yoga classes that are safe, nurturing, respectful and community minded. All led practices are thoroughly researched and guided thoughtfully, in a way that makes practices available to suit a diverse and varied client basis.
Modifications of postures and further support is always offered; honest communication between teacher and client is encouraged to get the most out of a personal yoga practice.
Should classes be unsuitable for a clients needs, Living Your Yoga will freely recommend other yoga teachers, both nationally and internationally, in order for the client to help maintain a well supported yoga practice.
