Saturday Morning Ashtanga Yoga (Face to face & online)

Thank you to all for such a lovely term! We squeezed in a Well-Woman Event; numerous classes with a whole range of practices from mantra, pranayama, new meditations and soothing therapeutic movement to fun play with handstands and wall work; more filming for the Balance+ App; further Yoga Therapy Training and most importantly, lots of new babies have arrived who’s Mum’s attended Living Your Yoga Pre Natal Events :)

Well-Woman Yoga Event

Thank you to all who attended May’s Well-Woman Yoga Event. It was a nourishing and restorative afternoon with practices including breath work, meditation, joint release practices, pelvic floor practices, gentle flowing movement and a Yoga Nidra. It was lovely that some of you brought your friends and family and even birthday cake! I plan to schedule another Well-Woman Event in the Autumn - do let me know if you’re interested in attending.

Sending huge, warm welcome-to-the-world hugs, to the arrival of the beautiful babies below…and congratulations to their amazing mums and loving families :)

Congratulations to Genny & Ryan, and to sisters Solva, Harlyn and Caldey on the birth of their baby brother Billy Avon, born on 4th April 2022.

Congratulations to Jo and Ed on the birth of their baby girl Ava born on 12th April 2022. Ted the Dog is also delighted at the new family member ;)

Congratulations to Jen & Thomas, and sisters and brothers Katelyn, Emily, Matthew & Oliver on the birth of their new baby brother Daniel William born on 26th April 2022.


Monthly Pre Natal Events are currently on hold, but I continue to work with Pre Natal Yoga Clients on a 1:1 basis and also Couples Birth Preparation Sessions. These can take place in your home, online or in a privately hired space.

Balance+ App

The Balance App is an award winning medical app, created by the lovely Dr Louise Newson. It’s an app that supports women through being able to log Peri-Menopausal and Menopausal symptoms, seek advice from experts, connect and support with other women, and keep updated on all Menopausal information. It is completely free to download.

For further lifestyle information, talks, videos, classes and audio recordings that are designed to support the Menopause journey, including: Yoga, Pilates, Nutrition, Pelvic Floor, Health, Sexual Health, Skin & Hair advice and Weight Management, you can now subscribe to Balance+

New material is continually being released to help you maintain good health, medical information and the best support in your Menopause journey.

Looking Ahead to the Holidays

The Summer holiday schedule will see a reduction in weekly classes.

I’m currently planning to continue running the following classes during the 6 week holidays:

Monday Evening Hatha Yoga Online Only: 7-8.15pm

Saturday Morning Ashtanga Yoga Online (ad-hoc Face to Face): 7.30-9am

Pop-up outdoor Yoga (weather depending) and a retreat day are being planned.

I also have a couple of other projects up my sleeve for you to enjoy… watch this space!
